• Project storage and management

3. Your Account

Creating an Account

• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 13 years old
• One account per person
• Keep your password secure

Your Responsibility

• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
• Don't share your account credentials

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• 50 messages per month (3 per day)
• Up to 3 projects
• 1GB storage
• Community support

Plus Plan ($19/month)

• 300 messages per month
• Up to 15 projects
• 10GB storage
• Email support

Pro Plan ($49/month)

• 1,000 messages per month
• Unlimited projects
• 100GB storage
• Priority support

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Credits reset at the start of each billing period
• You can cancel anytime
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Usage Limits

Message Credits

• Each conversation with the AI uses 1 credit
• Credits reset monthly based on your plan
• Unused credits don't roll over
• You'll be notified when credits are low

Fair Use

• Don't abuse or exploit the Service
• Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Don't use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. Your Content

Ownership

• You own all code and projects you create
• You retain all intellectual property rights to your work
• We don't claim ownership of what you build

License to Us

• You grant us permission to store and display your content
• We can use your content to operate and improve the Service
• If you make a project public, others can view and use it

Content Removal

• You can delete your projects anytime
• We may remove content that violates our policies
• Deleted content is removed within 30 days

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OtterAI to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property
• Generate malicious code or malware
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service
• Create spam or phishing content

8. AI-Generated Content

No Guarantees

• AI-generated code may contain errors
• Always review and test code before using it
• We're not responsible for bugs or issues in generated code

Your Responsibility

• You're responsible for code you deploy
• Test thoroughly before production use
• Ensure generated code meets your requirements

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may suspend the Service for maintenance
• We're not liable for service interruptions

10. Termination

By You

• You can close your account anytime through Settings
• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime
• You'll have access until the end of your billing period

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity
• We'll provide notice when possible

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will end
• Your data will be deleted after 30 days
• Outstanding payments remain due

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated code will be accurate or bug-free
• Your data will never be lost
• The Service will meet all your requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We're not responsible for third-party services or content

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• We'll notify you of significant changes
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms

14. Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class actions
